These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and xp777 ("xp777", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the xp777 website accessible at https://xp777.pro and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, bonus programmes, payment processing and customer support.

xp777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence issued by a recognised Pakistani authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension.

Each individual may hold one and only one registered account on xp777. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your xp777 account you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You undertake to keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your account. xp777 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

Your xp777 account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share these with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account whether or not you have authorised that activity. xp777 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

• Only one account per person, household, IP address or device is permitted.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept current at all times.
• Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or assigned to another person.
• xp777 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason.
• If you discover or suspect a duplicate account exists in your name, contact xp777 support immediately.

xp777 supports a comprehensive range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, USDT TRC20 and Cash OTC. All account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit on xp777 is Rs 100.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

The rules of each individual game are governed by the rules published within that game by its provider. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail on matters relating to account management, payments and bonuses; the in-game rules shall prevail on matters of game mechanics.

For sports betting, bets are settled in accordance with the xp777 sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market type. Key principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless xp777 expressly offers a cash-out or edit feature on a specific market.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules published in the xp777 sportsbook section.
• Obvious errors in odds — including prices that are clearly incorrect due to technical faults or human input errors — may be corrected by xp777 and affected bets may be voided. xp777 will not be obligated to honour bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xp777 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct faces immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xp777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any xp777 content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any xp777 software or content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from xp777 content.
• Use xp777's name, logo or branding in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

Unauthorised use of xp777 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Pakistani and international intellectual property laws.

xp777 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms you also acknowledge and accept the xp777 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and verification process is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering obligations and fulfil xp777's responsibilities under its international gaming licence. xp777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

xp777 may share your data with payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and others) for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals, and with regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law. • Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failure, internet connectivity issues, third-party provider outages or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where xp777 has followed its standard security protocols.
• Errors in third-party game software that have been promptly corrected by xp777 upon discovery.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers operating outside xp777's control.

xp777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude xp777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Either you or xp777 may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your xp777 account, contact the support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

xp777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion or other prohibited conduct.
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.
• Legal or regulatory instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, xp777 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any internal or external investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under xp777's international gaming licence jurisdiction. By using xp777 you agree that any dispute shall first be referred to xp777's internal dispute resolution process before any external proceedings are initiated.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through xp777's internal process within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the competent dispute resolution body specified under xp777's gaming licence. xp777 will cooperate fully with any such proceedings and will provide all relevant documentation on request.

xp777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, xp777 will notify registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect player rights, or changes required by regulatory instruction — may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the xp777 platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
